By using BestBallIQ (the "Service"), including our website at bestballiq.com and the BestBallIQ Chrome Extension, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BestBallIQ provides AI-powered analysis tools for best ball fantasy football drafts, including:

• Free single-draft analysis at bestballiq.com/analyze
• A Chrome Extension that overlays real-time ADP data and analysis on DraftKings draft boards (Pro subscription required)
• Portfolio analysis to track trends across multiple drafts (Pro subscription required)

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Pro features require a paid annual subscription, billed through Stripe.
• Your license key is tied to your purchase email and is non-transferable.
• We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email support@bestballiq.com.
• After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable.
• Subscriptions auto-renew annually. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

4. License and Permitted Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BestBallIQ for your personal, non-commercial fantasy sports activity. You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or distribute your license key
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software
• Use the Service to build a competing product
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-query our API

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

BestBallIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our analysis will improve your fantasy results. AI-generated analysis is for informational purposes only — it is not financial or gambling advice. Past performance of analytical tools does not guarantee future results.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BestBallIQ and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

7. Third-Party Platforms

BestBallIQ is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DraftKings, Underdog Fantasy, or any other fantasy sports platform. Use of the Chrome Extension on third-party platforms is at your own discretion and subject to those platforms' terms of service.

8. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
